When canceling an order, there will be a 3.5% restocking fee on all products. There are NO returns of Refunds on LIVE ANIMAL ORDERS or custom enclosure orders. Must contact us through email for refunds at mysticlabyrinth@yahoo.com.
LOCAL PICK UP:
This is our only local pick up address --> 11088 W Jewell Dr, Lakewood, CO. This is a Safeway on Kipling & Jewell. Located in Lakewood. This is the only location available for pick up, unless picking up at an Expo that we will be attending. We schedule pick-ups in groups which helps our small business.
Terms & Conditions of purchasing a spider:
- Spiders must be placed in a separate order without any other items. (SHIPPING POLICY EXPLAINS THIS INFOMATION)
- No return on live animals.
- They will be shipped in Deli Cups as its the safest way to ship them.
- If any issues arise from shipping, please refer to the shipping policy to see the steps.
- When you check the box at checkout you are agreeing to all of the terms & conditions, return policy, AND shipping policy.
- LIVE ARRIVAL GUARENTEE is only valid for OVERNIGHT shipping, no other shipping options qualify for LAG.

- Other Items you have up to 7 days to return your items.
