🚨We are a small business, we ship one day a week on tuesday for live animals. ONLY TUESDAYS, we do not change that unless personal things come up which we reservethe right too do so. (See more below FOR EXPO WEEEKENDS).
🚨We cannot control weather or redlines banners that tell us when it is safe to ship. Please consider your ☆own weather☆ & all other variables before you place an adoption. We never want to postpone shipping, although, saftey of the animals are always first. If we ar pressured to ship in unsafe temps, we will refund you.

Please be sure to review the below shipping policy on how you can get live arrival guarantee and how you need to place your order to be able to qualify for a return from us. We ship on Tuesdays ONLY. For orders to be shipped orders must be placed by Saturday @7pm MST. SHIPPING THE WEEK AFTER AN EXPO WILL ALWAYS BE WEDNESDAY DUE TO EXPO UNPACKING/ CATCHING UP.

🚢 Overnight for redline LAG protection insurance $63.50
🏡🏨Home or fedex HUB? We prefer hub as it is the safest option. If you want a HUB please use the comment box at check out stating you'd like a hub with your 'Animal' approved Fedrx HUB. If you do not know your hub, place the zip code of the hub you need and we can reach out via EMAIL you enter to confirm hub address and give you local hub options near you! Now home shipping is totally okay, many people chose this option and we are okay with that. Home shipping doesn't include LAG only if shipped to HUB will LAG protection be honored. This is due too many variables that we cannot control when you ship via your home address rather than a hub!
❓️How does live animal shipping work?: Overnight when shipped on tuesday will arrive Wednesday if no delays. 2day will arrive Thursday. Overnight doesn't mean it ships the same day order was placed. We ship only on Tuesdays (read entire policy)
SHIPPING:
All Jumping Spiders are shipped FedEx, there is no going around that because it's illegal to ship SPIDERS through any other shipping provider , including but not limited to USPS, UPS ant etc. Please verify and review you've chosen the correct shipping method at check out, otherwise you could lose the protection of LAG (live arrival guarantee).
With this in mind, jumping spiders and enclosures or other items CAN NOT be shipped together as a way to save on shipping cost. It will make us have to contact you to send a separate invoice to calculate the correct shipping remainder for you. So please if you would like to purchase other items & a Jumper you will have to do separate orders. There are documents that need to be placed on the package of the Jumping Spider box before it goes out. Sometimes we are able to combine things, but you will need to message us as we have to see if it will be safe to do so, we are always happy to try! We can also ship around 6 spoods per box!
LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE:
Live Arrival Guarantee is a service provided if your jumping spider arrives DOA (dead on arrival) that it will be replaced. Below we have listed some specifics for your order to qualify for a replacement spooder.
How to Qualify for a Replacement spider if DOA:
-Guaranteed live arrival is for overnight shipments. You will have to select the option for overnight shipping. That is number one requirement.
-Track your package, we are not responsible for mess ups by Fedx. Once the box is dropped off we are not responsible for anything after that point. We have no control over the company or the delays.
-Overnight shipping is a pricer option, however, it offers your new baby the best chance to be shipped to you the fasted. We understand that things happen when it comes to the shipping carriers. However, we are not responsible for their mistakes. If you choose to do 2day shipping then you are taking the risk in delays, longer transition time, & etc. Therefore, we ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for any shipping for LAG (live arrival Guarantee) other than overnight shipping. With that being said, we will not replace if you chose 2 day shipping.
- Purchased overnight shipping as your shipping method. (We can see this information)
- Proof of dead-on arrival must be provided within 1 hours of delivery, sent by email mysticlabyrinth@yahoo.com OR you may contact us thru Facebook/Instagram.
- Shipment brought in after delivery & did not sit outside in extreme weather.
- DOA due to a mis-molt while in transit.
Shipping Time frame:
Shipments are dropped off once weekly on tuesdays(non expo weeks) or Wednesday(on our expo weeks) please be sure you've placed your order and that it is received before 7pm MST Sunday evening or your order will be held and will not go out until the next following Week! The reason for this is because of the weekend & delays. Delays are not likely when it comes to overnight shipping, but if that were to happen we like to avoid the weekend which could cause your spider to get stuck for longer than it needs to be.
Weather & Holiday Information:
Extra information-
Please be aware that shipments are also based on weather. We do not ship in temperatures below or above 35-95℉. Temperatures of 35-65℉ require heat packs, and 85-95℉ require cold packs to ensure the safety of your animals. Heat packs or Cold packs are an additional charge & you can add those to your order, (they will be listed in the Adopt a spider Category on the bottom). Insulation is Free of charge with your boxes.
We do not ship to Florida, until we get our permit. We will update via here ♡
We will avoid shipping over any holidays. Therefore, we will hold your order until the holidays have passed.
We will not require a signature, although, packages cannot be left to extreme weather conditions. If left unattended outside after delivered the Live guarantee will be voided, in the event your Jumping spiders are DOA (that is if you chose OVERNIGHT shipping).
