What about ventilation? Oh, you know we got that covered for you 😉 They will all be predrilled ready to go. & everything that needs to be sealed will be sealed. Oh & you even get a base of some sort!

  • RETURN POLICY & SHIPPING POLICY:

    RESTOCKING FEE:

    When canceling an order, there will be a 3.5% restocking fee on all products. There are NO returns of Refunds on LIVE ANIMAL ORDERS or custom enclosure orders. Must contact us through email for refunds at mysticlabyrinth@yahoo.com. 

    LOCAL PICK UP:    

    This is our only local pick up address -->  11088 W Jewell Dr, Lakewood, CO. This is a Safeway on Kipling & Jewell. Located in Lakewood. This is the only location available for pick up, unless picking up at an Expo that we will be attending. We schedule pick-ups in groups which helps our small business. 

    Terms & Conditions of purchasing a spider:

    • Spiders must be placed in a separate order without any other items. (SHIPPING POLICY EXPLAINS THIS INFOMATION)
    • No return on live animals. 
    • They will be shipped in Deli Cups as its the safest way to ship them.  
    • If any issues arise from shipping, please refer to the shipping policy to see the steps. 
    • When you check the box at checkout you are agreeing to all of the terms & conditions, return policy, AND shipping policy. 
    • LIVE ARRIVAL GUARENTEE is only valid for OVERNIGHT shipping, no other shipping options qualify for LAG.

    • Other Items you have up to 7 days to return your items.
    • If you run into any issue with your items, please send us an email so we can help fix the problem.
