ā˜†Mature spiders are mature meaning they have met the max molts they will have. This means they are adults. By adopting a mature spider, you are acknowledging they are matured at the date listed.

    RESTOCKING FEE:

    When canceling an order, there will be aĀ 3.5%Ā restocking fee onĀ allĀ products. There areĀ NOĀ returns of RefundsĀ onĀ LIVE ANIMAL ORDERSĀ or custom enclosure orders. Must contact us through email for refunds at mysticlabyrinth@yahoo.com.Ā 

    LOCAL PICK UP:Ā  Ā Ā 

    This is our only local pick up address -->Ā Ā 11088 W Jewell Dr, Lakewood, CO. This is a Safeway on Kipling & Jewell. Located in Lakewood. This is the only location available for pick up, unless picking up at an Expo that we will be attending. We schedule pick-ups in groups which helps our small business.Ā 

    Terms & Conditions of purchasing a spider:

    • Spiders must be placed in a separate order without any other items. (SHIPPING POLICY EXPLAINS THIS INFOMATION)
    • No return on live animals.Ā 
    • They will be shipped in Deli Cups as its the safest way to ship them.Ā Ā 
    • If any issues arise from shipping, please refer to the shipping policy to see the steps.Ā 
    • When you check the box at checkout you are agreeing to all of the terms & conditions, return policy,Ā ANDĀ shipping policy.Ā 
    • LIVE ARRIVAL GUARENTEEĀ is only valid forĀ OVERNIGHTĀ shipping, no other shipping options qualify for LAG.Ā
